Embassy Suites Burlingame has free parking. I'm not sure what the time limit is, but definitely good for two weeks. I recently paid $129 there on a AAA rate. Book the lowest rate you can find there and then let them know when you check in how long you will be leaving your car. One warning: the shuttle they use makes stops at a few hotels so the ride from the airport can be a bit lengthy.
