In this case I would definitely not recommend the day pass for UA RCC at PHL skywalkerbeth. I agree that the 7 hour stop is definitely plenty of time to catch the train downtown for lunch, sightseeing, and shopping. It seems to me that it would be a waste to spend it all in a lounge particularly the RCC. If you definitely don't want to go for any activities and just want to wait it out, the US club would be the better option.
