I haven't been in any of the clubs in PHL, but the RCC is usually the magic combination of fewest amenities and the highest price. Buying a day's worth of lounge access isn't a bad idea, but look for a club with free booze, internet access, etc. (DL CR's offer both at most locations, for half the price).
