Just so you know, I just rec'd from TDWaterhouse a new fee schedule eff. 2/10/03

A $25 maint fee will be charged each QTR for accounts that do NOT:

1. Have at least $25,000 in assets n the last business day of ea. qtr OR

2. execute MORE than 2 trades in total across all combined accounts the prior six months.

A $50 fee will be assessed on any full account transfer leaving TDWaterhouse too
