Good advice. 2.5 hours is enough time to make the connection. It can be slow but almost never that slow. Use the WN option in case of a major problem.
Thanks for everyones advise, Reassurance. This was the route I was sort of considering, my only concern was availability of WN flights but I guess a thursday afternoon at the end of August should be pretty quiet.
