If you're asking about the Colchagua Valley wine train (that's the only one that I'm aware of), it comes highly recommended, as does the Chile museum in Santa Cruz and a stay at the hotel on the main plaza in Santa Cruz. Suggestion for the train: sit up front, it gets smoky in the back.
