Yes, customer service is fast. However that's a moot point. I still have to call and explain my question every day. A website takes seconds to enter all my info.

UALOneKPlus, I'm calling daily to check for additional availability on 2 tickets, not because I'm booking 365 awards per year.

This is not a big deal, but annoying. I think WN could easily fix it.
