You will not have any trouble accessing the Iberia lounge at T4S. It is the one you're supposed to you and the check-in agent will direct you there if you ask. It is a lovely lounge although the food isn't up to much. There are plenty of other threads describing it in more detail, which you may be able to find with the search facility.
