As far as I recall they do use the IB lounge at T4S - it has always been very quiet when I have been there, but (used to be at least) quite modern and fresh.

In short the IB lounge is probably the only one you can access (not sure if there are any others anyway, well maybe an AENA one but that might be in the main terminal).
