2 years ago, I got the Premier World MasterCard with lots of bonus miles and no annual fee for 2 years. That deal is about to expire.

Does anyone know of any deals out there to waive the annual fee on the Premier World MasterCard and get lots of bonus miles? (right now, the no-annual-fee card at the US Airways website only gives you a 5,000 bonus). http://www.mostmiles.com/app/japply/...urce=dmcontent

Also, does anyone know if you can get the bonus miles multiple times? Do I need to wait a year or so after canceling the card to get the bonus miles again? Any information on your personal experiences with this in the last year or so would be helpful!

If I got the bonus 2 years ago, am I likely to get the bonus again on
a) the same card?
b) one of their other cards?
