A similar thing happened to me today. Booked online just fine but on review the record had the wrong dates, only showed the return leg, goofy arithmetic in the ticket price, and had two passengers in the party - both of them me!

By the time I had decided to bite the bullet and call to sort it out it had resovled its self. Now that I see this is not isolated I will probably call anyway to see if all is well with the record.
Actually, I forgot to mention that I too had an eponymous doppelganger in my traveling party.
