Just FYI, DL doesn't offer BusinessElite to LIM. It's sold as Business, which is a domestic F seat with slightly increased cabin service, so I'm not sure why you were expecting a lie-flat seat.
The World Business Class (WBC) seat on NW is reasonably similar to BusinessElite seat on DL.
