If you're able to use the bulkhead as a footrest, you're not tall enough for the legroom (or lack thereof) to be an issue for you. (I won't go into whether or not someone should be using the wall as a footrest though.)

I find 3EF so confining that I have to get up every 20 min or so and stretch. The inability to extend my legs past 90 degrees at the knees is maddening to me. I've actually pulled my UG request when that's all that's unassigned.
