I think I finally realized the frustration some veterans of this board have been dealing with for some time now. This post is the first ever that has actually made me feel like posting a not-so-nice reply.

I realize AA and AAgents are often wrong, (and I do my fair share of complaining) but in cases where they are right, and an uniformed traveler argues about things like this I now also have a renewed understanding for why some AAgents are so surly.
