USH = scheduled helicopter service from JFK to Manhattan (not terribly expensive).
Not quite on the above route, as the Van Wyck will be the biggest part of your problem at that hour.
I'd do Cross Island N -> Throgs Neck -> 95N -> Hutch -> Cross County -> I87N -> I287W -> 17N -> 81N
