g_leyser, I don't think it's your software. I've been having problems these last few days as well. It appears to be a load balance problem on the ua2go and itn servers. The ual.com sites are quickly and easily accessible, but depending on the time of day the other two sites take forever (or sometimes never) to load. My computer is sending repeated requests, the server is contacted, but nothing comes back down the pike. During low traffic times (late at night PDT), response time is much better. This has happened on a few occasions before, and has corrected itself after a few days ... so hopefully ...

My experiences exactly for last couple of days, but only evenings PDT on home computer.I tried clearing cache last night, but unfortunately that created another problem and by the time that was remedied I had lost interest in UAL.com! I'll try again tonight...
