I'm checked in for a flight from IAH-IND tomorrow morning. I was upgraded a couple days ago for my earlier MFE-IAH flight. My boarding passes don't say that I've been "Added to First Class standby list" and I'm not listed on the pda site as someone on the upgrade standby list.

What's going on? Am I on the upgrade standby list?

There are only two flights to IND tomorrow served by mainline aircraft, flight 300 and flight 500. If you are not on either of those flights then your IAH-IND segment is served by an ERJ or CRJ and therefore there is no upgrade.
