I feel this must have been answered, but I have searched and haven't found the answer.

I'm checked in for a flight from IAH-IND tomorrow morning. I was upgraded a couple days ago for my earlier MFE-IAH flight. My boarding passes don't say that I've been "Added to First Class standby list" and I'm not listed on the pda site as someone on the upgrade standby list.

What's going on? Am I on the upgrade standby list?
