I'm sure there is some thread on this, but couldn't find it in either UA or AC pages.

I'm flying (along with my parents - so three total) PSP-LAX (on Skywest) and on the YYZ - "V" class on 12 Dec r/t on the 16th. I've booked tickets, but 1K CSA told me there was no way to UG since it is really AC metal. Anybody got a different answer? Also, can't book other than a gate for "AC preimier zone" whatever that is. As a result I've got two parents (in their late 80s - both need wheelchairs) having to make it to row 21 and 23 ob and rt. As 1K and thus Gold *A she couldn't even get one seat in the "special" area. Any suggestions on this?
