I seem to have little success in claiming uncredited mileage using the AP site though it's usually relatively painless doing it through the SE line. The most recent follows a trip from SAN back to YVR for which, after entering the name, ticket and seat details, I get a message back saying it cannot be processed because the trip was of "NON DOS Origin". Can anyone shed some light on that? The SE agent can't!
