CO has the WORST IFE of any airline...UselessAirways included!


I have been so sick and tired of the 757 IFE not working that I have BOOKED AWAY from CO! It seems as a simple solution...fix the d@mn IFE!

The other issue...IF the IFE does not work...you get NOTHING from CO! Numerous other carriers simply give you a pile of miles/vouchers...CO gives you a "you bought a seat on a plane, not a movie theater seat" email!


One day CO will get this right and be a wonderful airline!
