What happens to points on "codeshares" that aren't really code shares but are actualy one-airline regional subsidiaries like Jazz or Comair? (Or American Eagle but I think they have a new name these days).

In particular if I book a SWISS Air flight which is "operated by" "Swiss European Air Lines" which I presume is a subsidiary of Swiss Air but I'm not sure, do I get miles?
