And worse still they do not tell me anyways by email WHEN the WL upgrade clears. Had 3 or 4 WL o this trip for It´l flights. All cleared in the end BUT even being registered on that UA Easy Advice deal whatever it is called none of the cleared upgrades were emailed. I saw them on ual.com under ´my itineraries´ saying to call about them OR UA phoned me on 2 occasions. But I have been in Mexico for a week or so, so one clearing now for EZE-MIA for instance is not gonna help if they phone me in SYD to check it is still wanted etc.
