Make sure you buy decent quality cables. I have seen a lot of difference between the $3 cables I bought on Amazon and the $40 cables I bought at the local store!!

As for wall mount I just bought this one:

Its cheap and does everything I need! Swingout, tilt, swifel... all the good stuff for less than a 100 bucks!
