I agree. They have done an extensive update to this hotel within the past couple of years and the rooms are very nice. In fact the last time I stayed they had a elite member dinner/drinks hour where they had small versions of their brand new menu for us to try out and give our opinions on plus an open bar with wine, beer, and mixed drinks. I got to meet all of the management who genuinely wanted to find out how I felt abou tthe new menu and if there was anything else I felt would make my stay more enjoyable.

Class act all around! The Crabtree mall is right across the street from this hotel so there are PLENTY of dining opportunities if one is tired of the hotel cuisine after any length of time.
