www.flightaware.com if that flight number follows the same route now as in July. If that doesn't work, you can guess likely destinations out of Hartford on the Southwest site and see where the flight number turns up.
Or, you can call and they'll by happy to tell you where the flight stops on the date you are planning to travel.
