That makes sense. But... it doesn't explain
persistent differences. For example if you check KVS for A availability on CX (or the AA codeshare - they seem identical) for JFK-HKG you will find that Sabre persistently (as in for weeks on end) shows fewer A seats than Apollo or Worldspan. Now I know, from the KVS guide (and from character-building experience), to use the Sabre figures for CX. But can anyone actually access those seats shown on Apollo etc.? Or are they just phantoms?
