LH/OS C-Class seats ©by Patron®
LH Business Class: A 340, Boeing 747: seat pitch of 48 inches, seat width of 19.5 inches & seat recline of 135 degrees.
OS Grand Class: A 330 (4 rows, 24 seats) and A 340 (five rows, 30 seats): seat pitch 59 inches, seat width 19.3 inches & seat recline 143 degrees.
What advantages does OS Grand Class have over LHs Business Class?
Whenever I am flying on a transoceanic leg in C-class, I try to select an airline with a two class compartment configuration (= no F Class). In *A: AC, BD, MX, OS and SK fulfil this criteria, LH, NH, NZ, RG, SQ, TG, UA and LH not. Many flyertalkers agree, that OS “Grand Class” outperforms LHs product at least on long-haul flights; changing for connecting flights in VIE is much more convenient than in FRA or MUC.
