I am going to Beijing in June arriving at 10PM. What would you all recommend as the best exchange rate to obtain rmb?

Are there ATM machines at the airport?

Do I bring US bills to exchange at the hotel or at the airport?

Do I use my capital One visa which does not appear to tack on a currency conversion charge. My Chase card does so I won't be using that.
