I recently placed an order and scheduled a delivery date. Nothing was delivered - no call, nothing, just never showed up. I called that evening and spoke to a guy who a. agreed to give a 30% credit and b. told me the flowers would be delivered between 9 AM and 11 AM the next day ("it's the least we can do" were his exact words).

Next morning, 11 AM comes and goes, no flowers. I call again. They call the shop and claim that the driver just arrived (wish I had that kind of job) and they will go out now and be delivered by 2 PM. Well, the recipient is at lunch mid-day, that's why I asked for them to be delivered by 11 AM. OK, so we'll deliver after 2.

2 comes and goes, no flowers. I call again and they are unable to tell me anything about where they are, when they will be arriving, or anything else, but that the florist has until 5 PM to deliver them (I don't recall this being mentioned on the first two calls, or agreeing to it, but whatever). I mention to the rep that I will be calling him back at 5:01 and expecting a full refund if they haven't arrived by then.

The flowers finally arrived around 4:30. They were small, unimpressive, and leaves have already started turning brown the next morning.

Oh, and they use a really terrible ICC, unless you call in the mornings Eastern time in which case you're connected to somewhere that sounds like Arkansas, Alabama, etc. It's sad that after placing ONE order I've had to call them enough times to figure this out.

Needless to say, I will never, ever use them again and I would warn anyone else considering them not to do so.

(Mods, if you think this is in the wrong place, feel free to move it...this vendor is in ShopOnePass retail partners, which is how I found them and why I posted here).

I too had the same problem and almost the same experiences as you had. I contacted OnePass as well to inform them. Needless to say, after contacting the CC company and placing a hold on the charge due to my EXTREME dissatisfaction, I ended up paying because extremely late delivery of flowers and flowers that are wilted and limp do not constitute a fraud or nonperformance in the eye of the CC company. Unfortunately OnePass decided it was not an issue for them as well.

I will never ever use OnePass connected Teleflora ever again.
