I had mentioned that this card pays a nominal 2% and an effective 1.64% due to tiered rebates. I just received the card and they have changed their rebate structure. You now must carry a balance to get over 1%. I apologize for previously posting out of date info. Fleet is largely to blame because they won't disclose the rebate percentages until you receive the card.
