I was under the impression that all Aeroplan accumulation was on a per-segment basis, which for G in Canada/US, is at 25% non-status. I didn't see any indication otherwise on the Aeroplan site.

If you speak from experience, though, that certainly trumps my understanding of the rules, which was based on reading the Aeroplan site (which can be a little unclear on a few issues). I certainly won't object to being wrong; it'll net me another 500 Q miles.
