I am in the lounge at the moment having used the South Security.
It's pathetic, 10 BA or BAA staff hanging around and 1 (yes ONE) person checking us through.
And, when I get to the end of the queue, she says I have to go back to checkin. I ask why and she says that people going to the US with no bags that have OLCI'd have to go and see a person even though you don't have to do this at T4 or T1. It's for BAA performance reasons.
What a total pile of shite.
Anyway, as first time to T5, the lounge is quite nice, even got bangers and mash which is bound to keep a retard like me happy!
