Thats exactly the responses I got from TTU. Basically a canned response, with some basic details from my original query inserted. Second response was just as unintelligeble.
The issue is simple: Moscow SVO airport Aeroflot lounge is an affiliated lounge for WorldClubs. One needs to get in invitation to the lounge at check-in. SU check-in staff has no idea what WorldClub is, and will not issue an invitation. They go by their "cheat-sheets", which indicate only ST Elite Plus passengers, and Business class for lounge invitations. I still decided to see if I can access the lounge without the invitation. The lounge dragons did verify that I was allowed to get in (they have a book with pictures and descriptions of elegible cards), but said that I need an invitation from check-in staff downstairs (the ones that have no clue about WorldClub).
Long story short, NW needs to contact SU to have their check-in staff retrained in order to recognize WorldClub members as elegible for lounge access, and issue them lounge invitations. Right now, it seems that they are only repeating the same phrase at check-in: "business class and ST Elite Plus, no one else!", which is obviously wrong.
I have contacted SU to look into it, and they have apologized and said that the issue would be looked at. NW did nothing.
