The FD person fell into my chimp catagory-not all MI emplyees do this.Those that are well trained,have smarts,and deal with customers without lying are not labeled chimps.They are ,unfortunately, rare in my dealings with Marriott
Now back to the topic.
My apologies if I am off the mark. My intention was to let you know that it is in poor form to label anyone a chimp. If you label them as sub-standard employees, I have no problem.
While it is true that you can label anyone you like a chimp, there are many that will take offense and let you know each time that it is inappropriate.
Also, I have nothing against you personally. Over the years, you have added a lot to this forum and I have enjoyed many of your posts.
