I kind of admire the bigguy...he knows his way around the hotel system and won't take any crap from those at the check-in counter that are 1) out and out lying to you or 2) doing their best to screw you out of a (deserved) upgrade or gift or whatever.

I say he can call those that fall in to those categories anything he wants.
