There is lots of EXPlats that wish they would have never changed this . You could turn your 4 upgrade coupons into 10,000 miles if you could demenstate you never used them ( i.e. flew only international routes ) Then they changed it to 500 miles per coupon. I slide in under the wire and converted ( if I remember correctly ) 210 coupons for 2,500 miles each. Equaled out getting 3.25 x miles flown on all J class tickets overseas. Ah , the good ole days !
