I've never had any luck with that type of thing. A few years ago I was PE going YYZ-AMS and tried to use the YYZ crown lounge. They made me pay $25. I sent a TTU and they said too bad, each lounge has it's own policy! Then next time I was there, no problem at all to get in. Never did get my $25 back
