Perhaps it is a list of the Top 50 restaurants which happen to offer Pellegrino.

There is for sure. The Financial Times "How to spend it" (sic) supplement had a very interesting feature with the Japanese co-founder of Nobu, Nobuyuki Matsuhisa. He is still best friends with the celebrity restaurant partners and customers, it seems.
