If you land in an an airport which is not your hometown you should be able to request an amenity kit (basically consists of comb, toothpaste, razor) and not really worth fighting for.
What`s KLM`S policy with delayed luggage when you arrive at your hometown? Compensation after 24 hours? and if they lose your luggage how is the compensation calculated.
Terrible experience flying with KLM both flying in and out recently, completely inept
