Hit up the gym this afternoon for a 45 minute lift. Focused on the biceps, triceps, chest press (both regular chest press and dumbbell - I did flat bench and decline dumbbell presses), lats.
Then I went out to do my run. Scheduled speedwork today, so I did a mix of 1600s and 800s around the 1.2 mile reservoir loop. Ended up doing 6 laps or 7.2 miles in 51:25 or 7:08/mile average pace. Felt good except for some sore muscles from Sunday's longish fast run.
I really need to figure out what pace I should shoot for at the half marathon I am running on May 10.
