This is probably more of a discussion forum topic, but whatever. I had found a nice 3 day trip/run a few weeks ago that was super cheap, with no Sat stay. Now, it's not cheap at all. Whether this is because of a change in policy at AA or because the dates are closer I cannot say. Perhaps both. Don't know about AA fuel hedges, but I would imagine gas costs are not helping.
