They've been shutting down at 8pm for well over a month now.

It's a real shambles for anyone who can't negotiate stairs, such as those in wheelchairs: The security people send them in totally the wrong direction (towards the stairs to the shuttle bus) on departure and they then get directed way down the opposite direction (to the C gates), where there's nobody at the lift (it's key operated, of course) to take people down to the tarmac!

Arrival can be even worse: There is apparently only that one lift from the tarmac to the gates. If it breaks down, then everyone just has to stand out in the weather and wait for it to be fixed!
