For XONEX, carrier change does not require reissue, class change does not require fare recalculation.
However, as Viajero wrote, unfortunate event is possible.
In my experience, CX is no problem. I changed my A booking to D booking of another flight(2 class aircraft) due to my schedule without problem via phone.
