I know this probably doesn't apply to most of you, since you guys probably have purchased miles before, but is this a good deal? I'm calculating about 2.08 cents/mile. Cheap way to top off for a reward?

I'm looking to make award reservations as soon as possible for F class tickets to TPE next April. Not sure if I should keep waiting to earn more miles(using Citi AAdvantage card) or grab the seats asap. Seems like availability is still good for milesaver awards this far out. Suggestions?
