For short trips to Vancouver, I prefer Helijet. I think you can book web fares for as little as approx $100 each way. Downtown to downtown with a free shuttle bus to take you to your downtown hotel. Wonderful views and less than 1/2 hr versus 3 hr bus/ferry.
