If the flight crew operated mad-sju-mia, i'd be surprised if there wasn't 3 of them so 2 outside is allowed, but the door shouldn't have been open for long. The big airbuses have large flight decks i'd be surprised if you could see all seats from anywhere in the galley but it has been a while.
