I have actually had pretty decent luck with upgrades at the CP getting several humongous rooms where I could not even see the TV from the bed, but maybe that was my eyes.
Hey, OB I was in your neck of the woods too. BamaVol Jr #3 was looking at colleges this week, including Worcester State, but we stayed in Pittsfield due to flying in and out of ALB and WSU was his easternmost selection.
The Hampton in Worcester is not a great property, so Pittsfield might have been the better choice, not that there is much happening in Pittsfield either. For HHonors the choice for Hamptons there used to lead to Albany by the airport or Chicopee or South Hadley, but not West Springfield, and none are great choices given the distance, so I look forward to burning 25,000 points instead of paying $199 plus tax.
