I have a question about following programs.

1) Northwest Worldperks
2) Continental Onepass
3) Marrior Rewards Points
4) Hilton Honors Points.

Do this miles/points ever expire ?. Do you have to have some activity in last 3 years to keep them active ?.

In case they expire, what are the ways to have a small/least expensive way to create any activity in the account ?.
