Caveat: I did not try to board a domestic flight in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks ago one member of our party SHA-PEK had hand sanitizer confiscated and a report written with passport details. It was about 30mL in size. Today in PEK the TV screens all over the place had messages saying that all liquids are banned from domestic flights now. I witnessed first hand explicit refusal of liquids on UA888 as well.
